The NCSU digital library is now faceted!
The MuseumFinland (Museo Suomi) in Helsinki uses an interface that is identical to Flamenco's: http://museosuomi.cs.helsinki.fi/ (Read the related paper.)
The International Children's Digital Library, with an interface developed by Ben Bederson, Allison Druin, and Hilary Hutchinson, uses ideas from Flamenco in its simple and advanced search interfaces. http://www.icdlbooks.org/
